The City of Westminster is located in Orange County approximately 30 miles south of the city of Los Angeles, California. It is the second officially established city in Orange County after Anaheim. The city of Westminster is bordered by Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, and Fountain Valley, making it a landlocked city but offering easy access to Orange County’s beach communities.
