My father has been a resident in the Westminster Terrace community for over a year. The location, room design, cost of living, and the staff were very important when we selected his new home. I know most of the staff by name and they have always been extremely friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, they kept me up to date on any issues or CA rules that would affect my dad. He was kept safe and we were excited when the dining room opened again for all residents. My dad has made quite a few friends at Westminster Terrace. It feels like a family community since the staff and residents look out for each other. I have a little less stress in my life knowing my dad has a great home at Westminster Terrace.

As some of you may know I have researched many healthcare facilities across the greater California area, and I am wowed by this facility, check out the beauty of the property and the amenities in this building, (it makes you want to get old n live there already) and the food is said to be gourmet, never mind the care itself which they are known for providing, overall i give this facility 5 out of 5 stars ! Go tour this place it's worth it !

My Mom has been at WT for over 2 years and she loves it! She absolutely did not want to go into an Assisted Living facility at first, but realized it was necessary. Within a few weeks she was really happy here! Everyone from Admissions staff to caregivers, reception staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping, med techs and maintenance are wonderful, professional, and take the time to actually develop a relationship with the residents. As the daughter of a Resident, I am beyond grateful!!! A special mention of those I directly come into contact with regularly. Anne, DJ, and Robin. Thank you so much for everything you do every day! From day one, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Everyone here from the caregivers to the front desk is compassionate and attentive. The facility is always clean, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, home like atmosphere. My mom’s room is spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for socializing. There’s always something going on, and the staff does a wonderful job keeping residents engaged and smiling. What really sets Westminster Terrace apart is the personalized care and excellent communication. They keep families in the loop and are always available to answer questions or provide updates. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, cared for, and genuinely happy. If you want your loved one to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, this is the place.
